VOX Teen Communications is a non-profit youth-development organization located in downtown Atlanta. For the past 18 years, VOX has enabled thousands of metro Atlanta teens to express themselves freely through VOX Teen Newspaper, the city’s only large publication created by and for teens and without censorship.

VOX Is ... Home of VOX Newspaper
VOX Teen Newspaper is metro Atlanta’s only uncensored, citywide forum for expression created by teens for teens. VOX Newspaper is published five times a year and reaches 90,000 readers. It is distributed in more than 300 schools and organizations.

VOX voices extend throughout metro Atlanta and beyond on a daily basis through VOX Blog, which also features photo galleries, video and audio posts, and more.

VOX Is ... A Source for Youth Development Programs
VOX has developed other projects that help raise youth voices and develop future leaders, These programs range from an intensive summer workshop that teaches media skills to outreach to adjudicated youth to a program that prepares teens for college and beyond.

VOX Is ... A Community
The VOX community extends beyond the hundred of teen staffers who contribute to the newspaper and blog each year. It includes teens who take part in VOX workshops and the VOX Media Cafe summer program. It extends to readers from across metro Atlanta who write in and share their reactions. It also includes teachers and parents who rely on VOX know what's on the minds of today's teens. And it also includes hundreds of other grown-ups, from volunteer instructors at programs and workshops, corporate partners and sponsors, and individual donors.
